Once the registration period is closed, the Age Group Coordinators and the Registrar will create the teams. The coaches receive their team rosters on or around July 15th, and typically call their players within a week. If you have not received a call by July 27, you should contact your Age Group Coordinator (see the Director’s page for contact links). Coaches may schedule practices to start on July 21, but many of the younger teams only start their practices in early August. Opening day and Picture day will be on August 23/24. Games continue to be scheduled each weekend through early November. Most games are played on Saturdays, but some might be scheduled on Sundays. Depending on the number of teams in each age group, a team may even be scheduled with a “bye” on a particular weekend. Your player’s full schedule will be forwarded to you by the coach, shortly after they receive it in mid-August. |
