Winning all their games by a combined score of 18-1 the Strikers won the Skunk Classic in Fort Bragg this past weekend. Great plays on all sides of the field and outstanding teamwork led the team to 30 (maximum) points in their flight.

The championship win 5-1, came against a physical opponent the Orangevale United.

With each game the Strikers grew in confidence and communication. "We saw some great over-lappings happening", said the coaches. Next up for the Strikers is the Soccer By the Bay Tournament on August 16 and 17th.
