Minutes for the Special Board Meeting

At Common Bond, 172 West Napa Street, Sonoma

The board met to learn the Select Committee’s recommendations for the Select Team Head Coach positions.

Vikki presented the selections that the Select Committee was proposing.  She acknowledged the work of the Select Committee, particular Teri, Scott and Jaime who had attended all the meetings.

All the above recommendations were approved by vote.

The board went into closed session to discuss an additional coach nomination.  It was resolved by vote that the coach in question be approved subject to his signing a contract (which the board reviewed).

The meeting adjourned around 8.20 p.m.
